Under warranty, some internal parts in our devices are considered Customer Replaceable Units (CRUs). In the event of a device failure, if we diagnose the faulty part is a CRU, we would ship the replacement part to your premises with instructions for self-installation.


With Lenovo’s  Technician Install CRU service, parts that would normally be installed by a user are now installed by a certified technician that we dispatch to your business premises. To use this service, the product must be covered by a Lenovo On-Site Warranty or Lenovo Premier Support.
